Liaison Group
Caltongate Liaison Group
Following the recommendations of the City of Edinburgh Council’s planning committee, Mountgrange has established a Caltongate Liaison Group. The group’s primary role is to allow the project team to seek feedback on its programme and proposals as we move forward with the detailed planning applications. Importantly it will allow representatives of stakeholder groups to feedback on progress with the development to their respective organisations.
Rev Neil Gardner from the Canongate Kirk has agreed to Chair the group. There are also senior representatives from the Mountgrange Project Team and senior council officials at each of the meetings to provide guidance and reports on key issues.
The detailed terms of reference were agreed by the Caltongate Liaison Group themselves at their first meeting on 4th December 2006.
Initially the group has been constituted for 1 year, with the option of continuing should all parties agree that this would be beneficial.
